Our Vision

Our vision is to create a thriving community of student researchers. We envision an environment where every medical student engages in meaningful research with curiosity and collaboration, ultimately contributing new knowledge to improve healthcare. We aim to ignite a passion for scientific inquiry early in undergraduate years and produce future clinicians and academicians who will lead with evidence-based practice and continual learning.

Our Mission & Objectives

Cultivate a Research Culture: Foster a campus-wide culture of inquiry where students routinely engage in research activities alongside their medical studies, making research an integral part of undergraduate learning. 

Mentorship and Guidance: Ensure every interested student finds the right guidance and support to pursue their project. 

Early Engagement: By providing training in research methodology and ethics, we help students develop the skills and acumen to conduct scientific studies from the first year onwards. 

Collaboration and Networking: Promote collaboration both within and outside the institution. · Capacity Building: Organise workshops, lectures, and hands-on sessions (such as research methodology workshops, journal clubs, and skill-building competitions) to build students’ capabilities.
